Services are by appointment only. Same day and last minute appointments may be available.
Appointment Checklist
To ensure a smooth appointment, please have:
• Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
(Driver’s license, passport, military ID, NOT expired, etc.)
• Unsigned Documents
You can pre-fill the documents, but I must witness your signature during the appointment.
• All Signers Present
Remote or
e-notarization available for eligible documents.
Pricing
Standard Notarization:
$5 per in-person notarized signature
Document Printing:
$5 Flat rate (up to 10 pages and includes one additional copy of documents)
Travel fee:
$15 flat rate within Twin Cities
